……if we never make the time?

I suddenly realised that I haven’t posted on this blog in over a year. I really didn’t think that it had been that long at all, because a lot has been happening.

On a personal note, my family has grown, we’ve bought a house and moved in to it (and renovated a bit) which has meant that I have had precious little time to even make any cosmetics, let alone to blog about them.  I want to take the time in future to spend more time here, developing my products, making them, and updating you all on what is going on.  I still plan to make them available to buy, but that is then going to take even more time as there are a number of hoops which I need to jump through before that will be possible.  I also want to revamp the design of the website.

All this takes time, of course, and so I need to MAKE the time.  I most certainly do not want to neglect my family and other responsibilities, but that just means that I need to be better at managing what time I have.  And this, I think, is one of the main issues people face today.  There is always something to do, always something which requires our attention.

The best way to handle all of this is to be……..efficacious.  Effective time management, effective prioritizing, planning, and (maybe most importantly) efficaciously carrying out those plans.  Whatever method one chooses, it needs to work for you.

So now I am off to write a “to-do” list and start crossing things off of it.  Expect to see a more active but focused Efficacious Gentleman in the future.
